I am a SAHM of two boys (ages 3 and 5). My husband is in the military, and this is an extra busy season for life for our family. I am always looking for little ways to add self-care and convenience to my days!

1. Reading - I started reading at night a few years ago to avoid the bedtime Instagram rabbit hole, and it is quickly becoming my new favorite hobby! I download books (for free) from my local library and read them on the Kindle App on my phone or my Amazon Kindle (if I can find it and it is charged). )

2. The Stanley Cup - while I do love the ever-so-popular Stanley 40oz Quencher cup, this one is my favorite.  It checks all the boxes for me: straw top, leakproof, the water stays cold, and it fits in a cup holder as well as my purse. The handle is helpful when your hands are full, which they always seem to be these days.

3. Lake Pajamas - I love matching pajamas, and putting on a nice pair of PJs and robe after a long day feels like such a treat. These are a splurge (but the quality is amazing) so I tend to ask for them for holidays, and their nursing pajamas are a great gift for moms-to-be!  They are so soft, breathable (re: I don’t get hot at night), and super cute.

4. My planner - I am old school and need everything in writing! This planner is my go-to.  I love the weekly pages for things like meal planning and the monthly pages for big-picture stuff. It also has notes pages in the back and a pocket in the front.

5. Running - I try to sneak in a Saturday or Sunday morning run when my husband is home. Running is huge for my mental health, and after a run, I always feel like I can take on the world! I like to think I am becoming somewhat of a running/exercise gear guru so here are a few things I keep in rotation: these headbandsthese earbuds, and these sunglasses (you can't beat the bang for the buck on these! They are my favorite sunglasses and can survive A LOT - think toddlers, beach, pool, the bottom of your purse).
